Matthew Simon, born on May 8, 1989, passed away on February 14, 2025, in Groton, Connecticut, United States. He was the beloved son of Edward and Millie Simon and the partner of Laura Shaw. He had no children.

Matthew attended Waterford High School and graduated in 2007. He went on to work at Seconn Fabrication, where he excelled in his career.

Matthew had a deep passion for baseball, particularly the Red Sox, and enjoyed spending time at the beach. He was known for his kind heart and infectious laughter, making lasting impressions on all who knew him.

Tragically, Matthew's life was cut short due to an unexpected illness. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and colleagues.
