On August 16, 2024, the world lost a shining light with the passing of Mary Stone of Madison, Wisconsin. Born on May 3, 1960, Mary brought joy and laughter to all who knew her.
Mary was the beloved daughter of Hubert Bradshaw and Betty Thrasher. She leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter through her three children: Teresa Knauer (Joseph Knauer), Tammy Lee (Brian Lee), and Robert Stone (Kelly Stone). Mary leaves behind her siblings Vernon Bradshaw (Sue Bradshaw), Richard Bradshaw, Jean Cook, Ken Bradshaw, Rob Bradshaw (Carrie Bradshaw), as well as her beloved stepsiblings.
She is preceded in death by her parents and two of her siblings.
Throughout her life, Mary cherished her six grandchildren and her many nieces and nephews, who brought her immense happiness and pride. She loved them more than words can express.
She has always had a special relationship with her nephews Kyle and Kristian Bradshaw as well as her niece Korey Bradshaw. She always described them as her first babies!
Mary was a proud graduate of Loy Norrix High School, where she made countless memories and lifelong friends. She will be remembered for her kind heart, infectious smile, and unwavering positivity.
Although Mary is no longer with us, her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered for her laughter, warmth, and love.
There will be a celebration of life September 7, 2024 in Portage, MI at her brother's home. We are asking for no flowers nor donations at this time. We are honoring Mary's request to be cremated.
