Mary Jean Rucker , 68, passed on September 10, 2022. She was born to the late Nick Bradford Jr and Mary Lee Jackson-Bradford in Elberton, Georgia on January 03, 1954.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Lewis H. Branford, and two sisters, Dora Lee Bradford and Carolyn Hubbard.
She married Larry Rucker in 1972 and they lived together in Elberton, Georgia. Together they raised 3 children Derrick Rucker (Kachina Rucker), Tennyson Rucker (Lorri Rucker), Trent Rucker (Nicole Reese). She is also survived by 4 grandchildren: Derrick Rucker Jr of Athens, GA, Jaquoria Rucker of Asheville, NC, Trinity Rucker of Clemson, SC, Lanaiya Rucker of Greenvill, SC and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
