SalemBrown, Mary Delores (Thomas),83, a wonderful and devoted wife and mother, of Salem, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, October 25, 2016. She enjoyed gardening, as well as traveling. She was born on October 30, 1932 in New Haven, Kentucky to the late Dave and Lena (Warner) Thomas. Mary is survived by her husband of 63 years, Joseph Brown; children, Debra Kaelin (John), Danny Brown (Yolanda), Timothy Brown (Susan), Joey Brown, Ted Brown (Susan), John Brown, Clinton Brown, Christa Smallwood (Adam), Cindy Wyatt (Steve); 9 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 10 AM to 1 PM Friday, October 28, 2016 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany). Her Funeral Service will take place at 1 PM on Friday in the chapel at the funeral home with burial to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery in Pekin, Indiana.
