Known as "Wrangler" to her loved ones, Mary leaves behind daughters Catherine and Janet, grandchildren Alexander and Liliane, son-in-law, Johannes, and her son Scott. Her loving daughter, Virginia, tragically passed only three weeks prior to Mary's passing. Other family members mourning the loss of the inimitable Wrangler include her grandson Jed, his wife Rosemary and Miles Goudy, as well as her loving adopted daughter Rebecca Johnson and her two daughters, Mandy and Carly. She also had numerous friends at Fairfax Church of Christ in Bakersfield.

Mary was a very giving and compassionate person who was always known for her high energy and positive attitude. Long term friends, Richard Acosta and Barbara Martinez, and numerous friends at the California Senior Housing Community will miss her sense of humor and friendship. May we find peace in knowing that she's been reunited with her Eduardo (her late husband Charles Edwin Wilkinson) and are able to enjoy each other's company once more. 

Rest in peace, Mary. Your 91 years brought much joy and love to this world.
