Martha Triplett passed away on February 24, 2025, at the age of 77 in her hometown of Sikeston, Missouri, United States.

Martha was born on June 6, 1947, to Elroy and Marty Triplett. She was the loving mother of five children: Otis Triplett (spouse Stephanie Triplett), Shane Triplett, Donnie Triplett, Scottie Triplett (spouse Aretha Warren), and Anissa Triplett. Martha was also a proud grandmother to 40+ grandchildren.

Martha dedicated many years of her life to working at Sikeston public schools, where she made a positive impact on the lives of countless students. She retired in 2011 after a successful career in education.

Aside from her work, Martha had a passion for cooking. She delighted in preparing meals for her family and friends, and her delicious dishes will be fondly remembered.

Martha's life was tragically cut short by lung cancer, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
