Marsha Dampier, 71, of Columbia, Missouri, passed on July 03, 2023. Marsha was born on August 30, 1951, to Robert Wilder and Goldie Louis Wilder-Mcgee. She is survived by her mother Goldie, who resides in Grandview Missouri, her two sisters Sandra Wilder, and Pamela Wilder.
Marsha was married twice in her life, first to Robert H.Denny Jr. of Kansas City Missouri. Of this marriage two sons were born , Shannon Robert Denny, of Columbia Missouri, and Kyle Spencer Denny, of Birch Tree Missouri.
She later divorced, and remarried Thomas Brian Dampier, where the two eventually relocated from Kansas City to Columbia. From her happy and loving marriage withThomas, there were two children, Brian Thomas Dampier, and Jill Renee Dampier-Feeler.
Sadly this marriage also ended in divorce. From these four children Marsha was blessed to have seven known grand-children, Rebekah Denny, Amanda Denny, of Kansas City, Braxten Lee Denny, Westley Scot Denny, Justin Michael Denny, of Centralia Missouri, Oliver Feeler, and one other whose name is unknown as of this time.
Although Marsha was unfortunately unable to have relationships with her first two sons, or any of her worderful grand-children, their hearts and love go out to her, and they will always be ever so sorrowful, for not being able to share in Marsha's life, and feel the deepness of the love we all know She carried in her heart for each and every one of her children, and grand-children equally.
Marsha was a long time employee of First Student of Columbia/Centralia, where she enjoyed her time with children each day, and always felt blessed to help guide them in their ventures toward adulthood.
Unfortunately Marsha was unable to rise above her cancer, and passed into eternal rest while at Boone Hospital in Columbia.
She will forever remain in our hearts and memories, as we must continue on in this world, with heavy hearts and the pain of losing her, but when our time comes and we are called home to the Lord, we will see her again, and the Lord will make right, all that has pained us.
May she find peace with the Lord, now and forever.
