It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Marry Byrd, who was born on June 15, 1943, in Spartanburg, South Carolina, United States and passed away on October 3, 2024.

Marry was the beloved daughter of Daren and Tammy Byrd. She was the loving spouse of James Byrd, whom she married in 1920. Marry and James were blessed with nine children: Patricia Stevens, Tina Byrd, Ashley Byrd, James Ferguson, Antonio Byrd, Keba Byrd, Iyana Smith, Daniel Byrd, and Tyshon Stevens.
