It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marry Black, who was born on March 8, 1939, in Miami, Florida. She peacefully departed this life on July 9, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Marry was the cherished daughter of Darius and Nia Black. She is survived by her devoted son Isaiah and six adoring grandchildren. Marry was a dedicated English teacher who touched the lives of many with her passion for literature and education.

Aside from her professional pursuits, Marry had a deep love for cooking and could often be found in the kitchen creating delicious meals for her family and friends. She took great joy in preparing food for others and sharing her culinary talents.

Marry's warm smile, kind heart, and unwavering love will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her memory will forever be cherished by those whose lives she touched.
