We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Mark Exline, a beloved husband, father, and friend. Mark was born on January 5, 1962, in Aurora, Illinois, to parents David and Norma Exline. He passed away on May 8, 2024, after a courageous battle with a chronic illness.

Mark was a loving husband of 35 years to Nancy Exline and a devoted father to their two children, Justin Exline (Lindsey Hamilton) and Meghan Taylor (Zander Taylor). Family members also include brothers Todd Exline (Ellyn Exline) and Dan Exline. He took great pride in his family and was always there to support and care for them.

Mark attended Aurora Central High School and graduated in 1980. After graduation, he joined the Army. After returning home, he went on to learn the trade of Commerical Roofing with Olsson Roofing in Aurora. In 1998, he moved his family to Fort Myers, FL to become a Superintendant for Crowther Roofing, most recently overseeing the roof on the new Margaritaville on Ft. Myers Beach. Outside of work, Mark had a great love of all sports, with football holding a special place in his heart - most importantly his beloved Chicago Bears.

Mark will be remembered for his competative spirit, his quick wit, and his unwavering love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
