Today we do not mourn the loss of Marion Voltaire, but we celebrate her life. A loved mother and grandmother, Marion peacefully departed on October 17, 2023, at the age of 77. Born on September 20, 1946, Marion lived her life as a lover of small things from beginning to end. Always bringing home new animals to care for, learning a variety of art forms and gardening skills, spying on the neighbors to see what was happening in their yard, and more. She was a woman that proved life did not need to be extravagant to be beautiful. Marion's presence touched the lives of many, whether it was through a joke or an almost too honest comment... she left her mark. Her strength and resilience in the face of this thing we call life was inspirational, she was the one of toughest cookies in the world. As we bid farewell to an extraordinary soul, let Marion Voltaire's legacy be a reminder to cherish each little moment in life. We love you forever.
