Margaret A. Woynilko1924 - 2015Margaret A. Woynilko, 90, of Kenosha, passed away peacefully, Tuesday, Jan. 6, 2015, at St. Joseph's Nursing Home.She was born on Feb. 14, 1924 to the late Joseph and Mary (Vite) Metallo in Kenosha. She was educated in the schools of Kenosha.On Jan. 6, 1945 ,she married Frank Woynilko at St. Casimir's Catholic Church. He preceded her in death on Nov. 25, 1995.Margaret worked for Nash Motors during the war as an inspector. She then worked at Werner Laundry for 16 years and 10 years at Shady Lawn East, retiring in 1987.Margaret was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and a member of the Altar Society.Margaret enjoyed playing bingo with her sister Susie, traveling all over the U.S. with her sister Stella and playing cards with her sisters on Saturday afternoons. She also enjoyed reading sewing, knitting and crochetingMargaret is survived by her sons, James Woynilko of Kenosha and John (Marianne) Woynilko of Friendship; her grandchildren, James (Tiffany) Woynilko of Pryor Lake, Minn., Jordan Woynilko of Kenosha, Frankie Woynilko of San Francisco and Joe Woynilko of San Francisco; her great grandchildren, Jessica, Bryce, Josie and Willow; her brothers, Louis (Beatrice) Metallo of Kenosha and Ed (Ursula) Metallo of Florida and her sisters, Viola Coleman of Alabama, Lucille Mattner of Kenosha and Anna Upton of Pleasant Prairie.Her son, Frank; her brothers, Tony, Frank and Albert and her sisters, Ida in infancy, Susan Kessler and Stella Norton, precedes her in death.Funeral services for Margaret will be held on Monday, Jan. 12, at 10 a.m. at the Bruch Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at All Saints Mausoleum. Visitation will be held on Sunday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
