Margaret Denning of Ellensburg passed away on April 30th, 2008. Margaret was born on May 15, 1917 to John and Laura Davies. She and her husband Doward raised 5 children. They moved from Woodinville, WA to Cle Elum, WA where they purchased a ranch. After Doward's death in 1969 Margaret moved to downtown Cle Elum and lived there until the mid 90's when she moved to Briarwood Apts. in Ellensburg. Surviving are children Dorothy (Ted) Johns, Woodinville, WA. Betty (Larry) Gibb, Buckeye, AZ. Marlene (James) Deane, Mesa, AZ. Jack (Patricia) Denning, Roslyn, WA. Richard (Ida) Denning, Kittitas, WA., 14 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, 14 great great grandchildren and caring companion JoEllen Stradley of Ellensburg. A memorial service will be held later. Donations in her name may be made to the Cle Elum Community Church.
