Mang Niang, beloved resident of Tedim, Chin State, Myanmar, passed away on May 28, 2025, at the age of 76. Mang was born on June 15, 1948, to Cin Gin Mang and Luai Za No.

She married her sweetheart Thang Hau Lian in 1966 and together they raised eight wonderful children. Their names are Gin Min Thang, Mang Tung Mung, Thawng Khan Siam, No Ngaih Lian, Zam Lian Mang, Hang Sut Thang, Niang Huai Cing, and Man Ngaih Lun.

Mang had many hobbies that brought them joy, including gardening and cooking. They took great pleasure in tending to their garden and creating delicious meals for their family to enjoy.

Unfortunately, Mang passed away due to heart failure, kidney failure and hypertension. She will be dearly missed by her spouse, children, and 35 adoring grandchildren. May she rest in peace.
