The world mourns the loss of Maia Irwin, who passed away on April 12th, 2023 in Eagle Point, Wisconsin at the age of 73.

Born on January 1st, 1950, Maia was a force to be reckoned with from the start. She lived her life with unparalleled passion and determination, always striving to push boundaries and achieve great things.

Maia's contributions to her community were immeasurable. As a beloved teacher for over 30 years, she inspired countless students to reach for their dreams and achieve their full potential. In addition to her work in education, Maia was also an avid environmentalist and activist, dedicating much of her time and energy to protecting the planet and advocating for sustainability.

Despite her many accomplishments, Maia remained humble and gracious throughout her life. Her infectious laughter and warm smile could light up a room, and her kindness and generosity touched the lives of all who knew her.
