Mack M Simmons Jr. was born in Eustis, Florida on September 4, 1966 to the late great Pastor Mack M. Simmons Sr. & 1st Lady Frances Simmons. He later moved to Newark, NJ where he graduated from West Side high school (Rough Riders)! On his return to Newark, he met and fell in love with Quanda Y. Simmons and in 1993 a union was formed. They were married for 26 years and raised three children together (Anthony, Michael and Mark).

He became a Deacon at Shiloh Full Gospel Baptist Church, through the years he became a minister then an Elder (God kept elevating him.) After the passing of his father in January 2020, Mack was installed as Pastor of the New Shiloh Full Gospel Baptist Church in March 2020.

Mack was a very hard worker up until he made heaven his new home. He went from working a job like Mcdonald’s to elevating and becoming a Rack Maintenance Manager for Star Ledger's Newspaper, occompaning them for 26 years until they closed their doors.
