Louise M. Kellerhals, 86, of Watseka and most recently of Paxton, died Monday, November 7, 2016 at Heartland Health Care Center in Paxton.  Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 p.m. ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­on Friday, November 11, 2016 at the Knapp Funeral Home in Cissna Park and again from 9:00 a.m. until the 10:00 a.m. funeral service on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at the Apostolic Christian Church in Cissna Park. Burial will be at the Apostolic Christian Cemetery in Cissna Park.  Memorials may be made to the Apostolic Christian Church in Cissna Park or Carle Hospice. Mrs. Kellerhals devoted over thirty years of her life to nursing and caring for others, primarily at Iroquois Memorial Hospital where she retired in ­­­­1995 as a nursing supervisor.  She was born on New Year's Eve, 1929 in Rensselaer, IN, the daughter of John and Lillian Byrne Murray Sr.  Louise married Arthur Kellerhals on May 1, 1949 in Rensselaer, IN.  She and Art lived and farmed in Cissna Park until moving to Watseka in 1964. Louise and Art, who preceded Louise in death on February 6, 2006, are survived by one daughter, Doyn Kellerhals of Springfield; four sons and two daughters-in-law, Ray and Linda Kellerhals of Paxton, Paul Kellerhals of Clearwater, FL, Sam Kellerhals of Denver, CO, and Joseph Kellerhals and wife, Sharon Lilly of Acworth, GA; four grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.  Louise is also survived by her brother, Kenneth (Susan) Murray of Rensselaer, IN and sister, Norma Norris of Chalmers, IN.  Deceased are four brothers, James, John Jr., Donald and Marvin; one sister, Joyce; and two grandchildren, Scott and Melissa Kellerhals.
