LIONELL was well known by many because he never met a stranger. He was a man of good heart, because he helped whoever he could and he will be missed. He leaves to cherish his mother Barbara Nichols of Independence Louisiana, His Fiancee Hope Cotton of Independence Louisiana, 2 Children, Lionell Bellazer Jr () of Baton Rouge La, Darius Bellazer of Greensburg La, 2 bonus children 5 grandchildren. 5 sisters Lynette Dyson, Shanta Warren, Lawanda Warren all of Independence La. 1 brother Darrick Warren of Dell Oklahoma and a special cousin/ whom he referred to as our sister Aletha Bellazer of Dell Oklahoma, one godchild Four Aunts Jessie Mae Williams of Amite La, Amy Bellazer, Sherri Bellazer and Laverne Bellazer all of Independence La, One Uncle Felix Bellazer (Clair) of Amite La and a host of nieces, nephew, cousins and friends.

LIONELL was preceded in death by his daughter Monique Bellazer, father Lionell Warren, grandmother Dorothy Butler, grandfather Willie Bellazer, five uncles, and four aunts.
