Lily Fox, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully in her sleep on June 10, 2024, in New Town, North Dakota. She was born on August 23, 1932, to Joseph Fox and Nellie Shoots a Walking.

In 1955, Lily married the love of her life, Earl Standing Crow, and together they raised four children: Cathy, Ezreth, Cherie, and Frankie. Lily was a dedicated mother and grandmother, always putting her family first.

After graduating from Ged High School in 1970, Lily continued her education at United Tribes Technical College, where she graduated in 1974. She went on to have a successful career at Child Protection Services, where she worked until her retirement in 2005.

Aside from her professional life, Lily had many hobbies that brought her joy. She loved beading, sewing, and making starquitz. Her creativity and attention to detail were evident in all of her crafts.

Although Lily is no longer with us, her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends. She will be remembered for her kindness, strength, and unwavering love for those closest to her.
