Lexas Rachelle Henderson, 13, of Bardstown, died Tuesday, June 21, 2016, at Kosair Children's Hospital in Louisville. She was born on July 31, 2002, in Louisville to the late Jerry Henderson Sr. and Priscilla Jean Pritchett Henderson. She was an eighth grade graduate of Bardstown Middle School.She was also preceded in death by her grandfather, Samuel Jessie Henderson Sr.Survivors include her mother, Priscilla Jean Pritchett Henderson; sisters, Jamia Henderson, of Louisville, April Henderson, of Bardstown; her brother, Jerry Henderson Jr. of Bardstown; maternal grandmother, Gail Greenwell Robertson, of Bardstown; paternal grandmother, Brenda Turner, of Louisville; paternal grandfather, Alan (Nora) Pritchett, of Sellersburg, Ind.; and her great-grandmother, Betty Jean Greenwell, of Bardstown; and several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.A remembrance service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, June 25, at Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home. Visitation will be noon-3 p.m. Saturday, June 25, at the funeral home.The family requests contributions be made to Kosair Children's Hospital, Children's Heart Foundation or funeral expenses. Houghlin-Greenwell Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
