Lester Nelson, 94, of Buena Park, California, passed on Thursday, July 16, 2020. Lester was born to Nels Oral Nelson, and Lillian Bertina Nelson, November 08, 1925 in Valparaiso, Nebraska. He married Ardis Lansman in 1952, and they lived together in Buena Park. Lester worked as Lead Painter, Centrailia School District. He also was always involved in serving his Church

Lester served his country in the Navy, as a Seabee for 2 years, went to Bible College shortly after the Navy to become a pastor, but his narcolepsy proved to make his studies to difficult. 

Lester is survived by 4 children: Roxanne (Bob), Raynette (Rory), Sara (Dave), and Barbara (Gene). He had Ten grandchildren, and 14 great grandchildren.
