Hansen, LeRoy H.LeRoy Henry Hansen, age 79, of Atrium Senior Living, Plymouth, WI, died Wednesday, May 31, 2017. LeRoy was known for his skills in fixing small appliances and lawn mowers. He enjoyed helping others and meeting with friends and relatives for lunch.He was born on December 8, 1937, Centerville, WI, to Joseph F. and V. Barbara Buechel Hansen.He attended Center School, St. Wendel Catholic School and Sheboygan Vocational School. LeRoy served in the USMC from September 1956 to September 1959 as Corporal E-4 out of San Diego and Long Beach, CA with "C" Co. 1st ATBn, Antitank Assaultman.On February 3, 1962 he married Margene Zeigler in Cleveland, WI. The couple farmed for twenty years in Haven, WI, before moving to Hillcrest Dr., Plymouth, WI.He was employed as a caterpillar and backhoe operator for Roy Schmidt. He was also employed by Rohde Brothers, Const. and Jim Panko, Inc. LeRoy is survived by a sister, Marie Stipe of Auburn, KY and a sister-in-law, Virginia Hansen of Sheboygan, WI, also, many nieces and nephews.He was preceded in death by his wife, Margene, May 2012 and their daughter, Joyce A. Hansen Green, May 2004; Nine brothers, Joe, Lester, Harvey, Walter, Clarence, Merlin, Rodney, Robert and Willard Hansen.Following LeRoy's wishes there will be NO VISITATION OR SERVICES.
