It’s with great sadness to announce the passing of Mary Leona Broussard. She passed away 9/22/2024 at her residence at the age of 59. She was born 11/25/1964 in Biloxi Ms.

She was a mother, sister, daughter, grandmother “Mimi”, friend, cousin and most importantly the light of our lives.

She had a passion for children most of all. She loved her children, grandchildren, nieces and nephews dearly. More than anything though, she loved getting everyone together and celebrating holidays. She was always thinking of others before herself and that is how we will remember her beautiful soul.

She was preceded in death by her Mother Sandra Kay Shoemaker, her grandparents Vernon and Thelma shoemaker, her sister Janet Darlene Goff, her son Dillion Bennett and her niece Lisa Marie Goff. She leaves behind her children Jeffrey Summar, Christopher Summar, Marcus Morlock, Cody Broussard and Tyler Morlock. Her grandchildren, Wyatt, Jaxton, Robert Wayne lll, Genevieve, and Dakota. Her niece Hannah mays, her nephews Larry Goff, Jacob Goff, her brothers Larry Goff, Keith Hudson, and her life partner of 8 years Tina Waltman.
