Lawrence Edward DucharmeAge: 69Lawrence E. Ducharme, 69, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 1, 2016 with his family by his side at UVM Medical Center. He was born on June 1, 1947 in Burlington, the son of Lawrence "Sonny" and Flora (Willette) Ducharme. He was married on Aug. 14, 1965 to the former Beatrice Hill in Burlington. He worked for both Burlington and South Burlington Street Departments for many years. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends.He was a devoted husband, father and Papa and is survived by his wife, Bea of 51 years; his children: Julie, Larry and wife, Tina, Kristin, Stephanie and Carrie; grandchildren: Troy, Amber, Tyler, Hannah, Anthony and Braedyn; great grandchildren: Zachary, Ryan, Joshua and Jennavecia; his brothers, sisters, and their families: Sylvia, John, Leonard, Mary, Donna, David, Kendell, Wendell, Emma, Arthur, Louie, Danny, Francis, Star, Susan and extended family; two special friends: Big Mike and Dave. Along with his parents, he was predeceased by friends: Fred and Little Buddy Jason.A Memorial Gathering will be held at Essex Center Grange, 118 Center Rd. Essex Center, VT on Sat.
