It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Latisha Williams, who left this world on April 3, 2025, at the age of 46. Latisha was born on June 7, 1978, in Neptune City, New Jersey to her proud parents, David Lewis and Thelma Barksdale.

Latisha was married to her loving spouse, Anthoney Lugg, in the year 2021. Together, they raised a beautiful family with six children: Iyania, Naquan, Jahiem, Omarion, Christian, and Kanya. Her family was her greatest joy, and she was a devoted mother who always put her children first.

Latisha graduated from Halifax County High School in 1996 before starting her career at Arc of Monmouth. She was known for her hard work and dedication to helping others, and she made a lasting impact on everyone she met.

In her free time, Latisha enjoyed cooking, singing, traveling, and shopping. She had a vibrant personality and a great sense of humor that always brought laughter to those around her.

While Latisha may no longer be with us, her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and three grandchildren.
