Larry Brassfield, 73 of Midwest City, Oklahoma, passed away Monday, March 02, 2020. Larry was born June 30, 1946 to Jess and Mildred Brassfield. Larry was raised in Midwest City and graduated From Midwest City High School class of 1967. Larry served his country during the Vietnam War enlisting in the U.S. Navy. After retiring from Carlon Pipe in 1989 Larry became a minister and called himself Pastor Larry, he then founded Restoration Church. Larry went on to broadcast a one hour  weekly service on KTLV 1220 AM radio. Pastor Larry lived a blessed life and enjoyed his family and shared his faith and love of God with anyone who would listen.Larry was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 44 years ,Susan Lynn Harris-Brassfield, his father and mother Jess and Lucille Brassfield and a  brother Jack Brassfield. Larry leaves behind a daughter Regina Brassfield of Midwest City, OK, a stepson Jeffery Harris and Wife Karla Harris of Moore Oklahoma as well as 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.  In honor of Larry's wishes there will be a celebration of life memorial service officiated by Associate Pastor Irvin McCorkle at 2pm March 6, 2020 at The American Legion located at 8608 NE 10th St. Midwest City Oklahoma 73110.
