LARRY D. GREENMarch 23, 1944 - September 6, 2017Dallas - Larry D. Green, a resident of Dallas, OR died on Wed., Sept. 6th. Larry was born on March 23, 1944 in Cedar Rapids, Iowa the son of John and Bess Green. The family moved to Dallas, OR in 1947. Larry graduated from Dallas High School in 1962. Larry married DeAnn Schellenberg on August 26, 1966 in Dallas. Larry was a farmer for most of his life spending the majority of that time with his father-in-law and brother-in-laws at Schellenberg Farms. Larry was on the Elder Board at Faith Evangelical Free Church for 45 years.He is survived by his wife, DeAnn, daughter, Linda (Paul) Bibler, son, Anthony (Danita) Green, brothers, John, Robert, Thomas and James Green, sisters, Becky Green and Peggy Geisler along with grandchildren, Christina (Bryan) Harmon, Rachel and Gary Lipp and great-grandchildren Michael & Melyssa Lipp. He was preceded in death by his parents John and Bess.Funeral services will be on Saturday, September 16th at 11:00AM at Faith Evangelical Free Church. Visitation will be on Friday from 10:00am until 6:00pm at Dallas Mortuary Tribute Center. Interment will be in Salt Creek Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the church memorial fund or Faith Christian School Scholarship Program in care of Dallas Mortuary Tribute Center who is caring for the family.
