Larry Robert BaldwinKimball TwpLarry Robert Baldwin, age 72, of Kimball Township, passed away on July 19,2017, after a long illness, in his home, with his family by his side. He was born on October 15, 1944, in Port Huron, to the late Thomas and Blanche Baldwin. Larry married Joyce M. Schuyler (Williams) on April 27, 1990, in Port Huron. He loved the Detroit Tigers, Detroit Red Wings and watching wrestling with family and friends. Larry was a former employee of Morton Salt, Riverside Metals and T.I. Automotive. He is survived by his loving wife, Joyce, daughter and son-in-law, Corinne (Chris) Lockhart-Coolidge of Port Huron, daughter and son-in-law, Marie (Rich) Lavere II of Kimball Township, son, Joseph R. Baldwin of Roscommon, son and daughter-in-law, Wayne (Rie) Baldwin of Marysville, daughter and son-in-law, Kimberly (Dennis) Johnston of Kimball Township, 19 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, sister and brother-in-law, Char (Gerald) Bowen, brother and sister-in-law, Neil (Cindy) Baldwin, sister-in-law, Donna Baldwin and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Larry was preceded in death by his brothers, Donald and Richard Baldwin and sister, Lois Miller. Memorial services will be 3:00pm Wednesday, July 26, 2017, in the Jowett Funeral Home, 1634 Lapeer Avenue, Port Huron. Thomas Meinhardt will officiate. Inurnment will be in Caswell Cemetery Columbarium. Visiting hours will take place from 11:00am until the time of services at 3:00pm in the funeral home. There will be a dinner to follow services at the VFW Hall Post 8465, 3815 Knapp Avenue, Port Huron. Memorial tributes may be made to the wishes of the family.
