It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of La'Tasha Thompson, who was born on April 14, 1991, and passed on March 5, 2026, in Crary, North Dakota, United States.

La'Tasha was the beloved daughter of RichardThompson,and (Eileen)Dawanya Boykin of Dayton, OH. She is survived by her partner James Jones, her brother Bryant Owensby, and her sister Jessica Jackson. La'Tasha leaves behind two children, Jalisa Thompson and La'tron Thompson. And also La'tasha leaves Behind a host of Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, and cousin's who loved her Dearly.

La'Tasha attended Northmont High School and graduated in 2008. She went on to continue her studies at Lake Region State College 2011 and graduated in 2015

La'Tasha had a passion for arts and crafts, basketball, and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She also had a love for gambling and always found joy in the thrill of chance.

La'Tasha will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her warm smile, kind heart, and adventurous spirit touched the lives of many.

Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. also at the St. Michael Recreation Center with Reverend Paul Schuster officiating. Burial will be in the Azure Family Cemetery, rural St Michael.

LaTasha is in the care of the Gilbertson Funeral Home. Devils Lake
