Kyle Wayne Lake of Tawas passed away on Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2011 at Tawas St. Joseph Hospital, age 30. Kyle was born on Aug. 14, 1981 in Wayne County to Albert W. Lake and Dawn M. Bedford. He was employed as a cook for several years, however, he will be remembered for his love of watching the Detroit Lions football games. Kyle was a very kind hearted young man, who always was willing to help others. He was a sentimental person who truly loved being with his family and friends and will be sadly missed by all who knew him. Kyle is survived by his daughter, Katie Jordan; parents, Albert Lake of East Tawas and Dawn Bedford of East Tawas; three brothers, Nick Lake, Albert Veino Lake Jr. and Steven Politte; one sister, Roxanne (Brian) Nieschulz; grandmother, Valerie Ladrigue; and nieces and nephews, Monica and Austin Nieschulz, Adriana Lake, Andrew Ebel, Haleyanna and Cadian. Kyle was preceded in death by his grandfather, Donald Ladrigue; brother, Kurt Bedford; and a great grandmother, Dorothy Spriggs. Visitation is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 28 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Buresh Funeral Home in Tawas City. Cremation will take place after, and a burial of his cremated remains will be in Sims-Whitney Cemetery in AuGres. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the family.
