Kimberly Phelps, 64, of Williamsburg, Ohio, passed away on October 30, 2024. Born on August 6, 1960, Kimberly was known for her kind spirit and infectious laughter. She was a devoted friend to many and always had a smile to share. Kimberly had a passion for adventure and loved exploring new places and trying new things. She had a unique way of making everyone around her feel loved and accepted. Kimberly will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those she touched.
