Kevin M Howard, 21, of New Haven, died on January 10, 2020 as a result of injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident involving a drunk driver. He was born March 23, 1997, the son of John and Louise (Crater) Howard. He attended Clinton schools and graduated from Clinton High School in 2016, where he was a member of the student council and the basketball team. He was currently enrolled at Tinxis Community College majoring in computer science
