Kevin Howard Tates Jr, 7, of Detroit, Michigan, passed away on 02/14/2025. He brought joy and laughter to all who knew him with his infectious smile and bubbly personality. Kevin Howard was a bright young boy with a love for superheroes, cartoons, and playing outside with his friends. His gentle spirit and kind heart touched the lives of those around him, leaving a lasting impression on everyone he met.
