It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kenny Hougen, who left this world on November 29, 2025. Kenny was born on September 11, 1983, in Cresco, Iowa.

Kenny was a loving husband to his wife, Leanna Hougen, whom he married in 2023. Together, they raised four wonderful children: Kailyn, Alexis, Braxton, and Keegan. Kenny was a dedicated father and provider, always putting his family first.

When he wasn't working at IRP, Kenny enjoyed spending his time hunting, going to auctions, and searching for treasures at garage sales. He had a great eye for finding hidden gems and loved sharing his latest finds with friends and family.

Despite his busy schedule, Kenny always made time for those he loved. He had a contagious laugh and a wonderful sense of humor that could light up any room. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Kenny Hougen leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories. May he rest in peace, knowing that he was truly loved and cherished by all.
