It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kenneth Rowland, who was born on January 16, 1954, in Barstow, California, he was raised in Carmichael, California. He peacefully departed from this world on July 1, 2024 in Vallejo, California.

Kenneth had two children, Becky and Lisa, and two stepchildren, Jessica and Ana Belen Santana, with his wife, Anabella, whom he married in 2004. He was an avid fan of NASCAR and the Seattle Seahawks. Kenneth worked at Paragon Ventures until his retirement in 2010. He enjoyed hobbies such as fishing and spending time with his family. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
