Kenneth EdlerAUBURNDALE, FL: Kenneth C. Edler, age 76, of Auburndale, Florida, and formerly of Nevada, Ohio, passed away on Monday, May 22, 2017 at the Orchard Park Health and Rehabilitation Center in Auburndale, Florida.Kenneth was born on May 5, 1941 in Marion, Ohio to John and Betty (Nusser) Edler, both of whom are deceased. He married Linda Stansbery on February 21, 1973 in Upper Sandusky, Ohio, and she survives. He is survived by 3 sons: Ken (Tina) Edler of Upper Sandusky, Bob (Erica) Edler of Kenton, Tim (Sherry) Edler of Caledonia, and 2 daughters, Terina (Darrin) Park of New Bloomington, and Carla (Shaun) Pahl of Bucyrus. 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren also survive.Kenneth is survived by 5 brothers: Sterling (Nancy) Edler of Meeker, John (Emily) Edler of Marion, Doug (Bev) Edler of Caledonia, Ted (Melinda) Edler of Lima, RC (Jennifer) Edler of Delaware, and 2 sisters: Gert (Wayne) Garver, and Debbie (Larry) Popp, both of Marion. He was preceded in death by a 2 daughters, Mary Kay Edler, Kendra Benson, and a great granddaughter, Kari Ann Littleton, and 3 brothers: Donald, Richard and Timothy Edler.Kenneth was a 1959 graduate of Ridgedale High School and shortly thereafter went to work for the former Millington Plastic - Blackhawk Automotive of Upper Sandusky as a tool room supervisor until his retirement after 48 years. For hobbies he enjoyed fishing, hunting, coaching girls softball and the co-ed Millington softball teams in Upper Sandusky, and most of all, Kenneth really enjoyed playing Bingo.Funeral services for Kenneth C. Edler will be held at 10:00am Saturday, May 27, 2017 at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky. Burial will follow at Nevada Cemetery. Visitations will be held on Friday from 2-4pm & 6-8pm at the Lucas-Batton Funeral Home in Upper Sandusky.
