Kaye Corbett, age 74, of Brookville, PA, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, on Wednesday, September 28, 2016. Kaye was born on November 16, 1941 in Corsica, PA, to the late Wayne and Marie (Bish) Davis. On December 8, 1961, she married James Corbett, who preceded her in death on November 23, 2001. Kaye worked as a secretary/bookkeeper at DeMans Sporting Goods in Brookville, PA, for 23 years before she retired in 2010. She is survived by 1 daughter and 1 son-in-law, Kathy and David Elder; 2 grandchildren, Tyler Elder and Emily Elder, all of Brookville, PA; and 1 sister, Louise Hillard of Dayton, PA, formerly of Brookville, PA. Kaye was of the Baptist faith and a devoted believer and follower of her Lord Jesus Christ.  At her request, her funeral service is being held privately by her family. Interment will take place at the Roseville - Bethel Cemetery, Union Twp., Jefferson Co., PA. Her arrangements are under the care and direction of the McKinney - d'Argy Funeral Home, ltd, 345 Main St., Brookville, PA, 15825.
