Kathy Thomson, born on December 3, 1959 in Winnipeg Manitoba, has passed away on December 7, 2016, in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She was married to John Thomson in 1996 She had five children: Heather Price, Scott Lutz, Dallas Temchuk, Chris Morrison, and Tyra Thomson. Kathy also leaves behind eleven grandchildren. And five great grandchildren

Kathy studied at RB Russell High School and graduated in 1974. She was known for being a bad ass with a kind heart, infectious laughter, and unwavering love for her family. Kathy's presence brought warmth and joy to all those around her, and she will be deeply missed.

Kathy's battle with cancer was a rough one that she faced with braviary and strength. She will never be forgotten
