It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Kat Smith, a beloved member of the East Stroudsburg community. Kat, at the young age of 20, left this world on October 8, 2024. Known for her infectious smile and kind heart, Kat touched the lives of all who knew her. She had a passion for animals and a zest for life that was truly inspiring.
