Karen M. Primeau, age 75, of Oscoda died on Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2012 at her home. She was born on Nov. 28, 1936 in Sandusky to the late Angus and Thelma Kerr (nee Smith). Karen has lived in Oscoda since 1979 where she was active as a life member of the VFW and American Legion Ladies Auxiliaries. She enjoyed bingo, shopping and spending time with her friends. Karen is survived by her husband, William, whom she married on Sept. 26, 1958 in Port Huron. She is also survived by her four children, Kim (Bill Fraley) Primeau of Mancelona, William Primeau Jr. of Oscoda, Tammy (Mike) Whitcher of Grand Rapids and Mary (Chris) Lalone of Sanford; eight grandchildren; and four great grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Saturday, Nov. 17 from 1 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 3 p.m. at Buresh Funeral Home in Oscoda with Rev. Rob Nordin officiating.
