We are saddened to announce the passing of Judy Atwood Reid, born on January 4th, 1945 to her parents Dorman Kilby Atwood and Bessie Melissa Atwood. Judy passed away on November 11th, 2025 at the age of 80.

Judy was a loving wife to her spouse Stephen C Reid, whom she married in 1987. She raised 4 children: Lorri Ann Shelton, Lannie Ross Newsome Jr and spouse Cathy, (Krickette) Melissa Lanette Newsome. Long time family friend Wes Todd, LaDonna and spouse Jerry. Judy was also blessed with eight grandchildren and five Great grandchildren who brought her immense joy.

Judy will be remembered for her warm smile, infectious laughter, and love for life. Judy's kind hearted spirit touched the lives of all who knew her.

Although Judy will be deeply missed, we take comfort in knowing that she is with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. May she rest in peace and may her memory bring light to all who were fortunate enough to have known her.
