ALEXANDRIA, Minn. - Judith Lynne DuBois, 70, passed away on Monday, Nov. 21, 2016, at The Hospital of St. Claud in Alexandria, Minn. She was the daughter of Elizabeth DuBois and the late Leon DuBois.She was born on Nov. 12, 1946. Judy graduated from the Meriden Schools and also from the Middlesex School of Nursing as a registered nurse. Judy's first job was in the emergency room at Middlesex Hospital. Her last place of employed was at Connecticut Valley Hospital, until she moved to Minnesota in 1985 to work in a nursing home until she retired.Besides her mother, she is survived by her son, Eric and his wife, Jill Lawson; her sister, Karen Bednarz, of Rockfall; three aunts; one uncle; several cousins; nephews; and two young nieces complete the family. She was predeceased by her husband, Sherman Lawson.Interment will take place at 10 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 8, in Gethsemane Cemetery, 76 Bee St., Meriden.
