August 21, 1927 - December 10, 2016Juanita M. Carrillo passed away peacefully on December 10, 2016. She was born on August 21, 1927 to Trinidad and Rita Mata in San Antonio, Texas. Juanita enjoyed being in the company of family and friends. She is remembered for her generosity and compassion. Our beloved Juanita will be greatly missed; and will never be forgotten. She is preceded in death by her husband Adan V. Carrillo. Juanita is survived by her sons Guadalupe M. Carrillo, Cristobal Carrillo, Adam Carrillo Jr.; daughters Adelina Carrillo, Irma Carrillo, Juanita Carrillo; five grandchildren Tina Marie Carrillo, Anais Carrillo, Iris Kappes, Julianna S. Fernandez, Daniel Carrillo; two great grandchildren Ayden and Noah Kappes; and other numerous family members and friends.SERVICESVisitation will be held at 5:00 PM, with a 7:00 PM Rosary, at Brookehill Funeral Home, on Thursday, December 15, 2016. Funeral procession will depart from Brookehill at 9:15 AM for a 10:00 AM Mass at St. Cecilia Catholic Church on Friday, December 16, 2016.
