RACINE - Joyce C. Bellgraph (nee: Fick) age 91, passed away at Brewster Nursing Home in Appleton, WI, on November 19th, 2014. Joyce Carol Fick was born on April 25, 1923, in Racine, to Mr. and Mrs. Edward Fick (nee: Pederson). She graduated from Washington Park High School in Racine, WI. Joyce also received a certificate in Pediatric Nursing from the Augustana Nursery in Chicago, Illinois on September 17th, 1943. She was licensed for and taught Nursery School in Bremerton, Washington, during World War II. She was united in marriage to R. Stephen Bellgraph on Aug. 8, 1945, at Atonement Lutheran Church. They were married for 56 years. He passed Nov. 2, 2001. Joyce was employed by Goldblatts, and Kohls department stores. She was a member of Girl Scouts of Racine County, Lighthouse Quilters and Homemakers. Mrs. Bellgraph was a lifetime member of Atonement Lutheran Church. Joyce was a loving mother and grandmother. She enjoyed sewing, quilting, travel and spending time with family. Joyce was predeceased by her beloved husband Stephen in 2001; her parents (Ed and Marie), her sister Dorothy Fennell, and her brother George Fick. She is survived by her children Dennis (Debbie Eppers), Carol (Dan) Derozier, Nancy (Jeff) Mueller. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and 21 great grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at Atonement Lutheran Church, 2915 Wright Ave., Racine, WI. on Tuesday, November 25th at 1:00 pm. A gathering will follow services, for family and friends, in Fellowship Hall. The interment will be in the Spring of 2015 at the Veterans Cemetery in Union Grove, WI.
