  • A life well lived

Josie Saenz, born on July 28, 1981, passed away on December 14, 2024, in Fort Worth, Texas, at the age of 42 after a courageous year-long battle with esophageal cancer. Josie was a devoted mother to her five children: Jeremiah (27), Josiah (21), Joshua (13), Joselyn (11), and Joseph (9). She was also a beloved sister to Juan Saenz, affectionately known as Johnny, and many other siblings.

Her bond with Johnny was especially close, as she played a significant role in raising him. Their lifelong friendship was a testament to the love and care she extended to those around her. Known for her selflessness and generosity, Josie touched the lives of many. She always put others before herself, offering an open door and a helping hand to anyone in need. Her kindness and compassion left an indelible mark on all who knew her. Josie will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all whose lives she enriched. Her memory will remain a source of comfort and inspiration to those who loved her.

A funeral service to honor Josie's life will be held on December 30, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. May her legacy of love and kindness continue to shine in the hearts of those she leaves behind.

Created with love by Juan Saenz (Josie's brother).
