Joseph "Peter" Mulder, 82, of Dover Plains, New York, passed on July 14, 2023. Joseph was born on June 24, 1941, in Poughkeepsie NY. He was a proud Veteran of the United States Navy serving aboard the U.S.S. Ranger CVA61 from Oct. 1963 through Oct. 1966 when he was Horonably discharged .He was also an active member of the VFW post 9008 in Millbrook NY. Joseph was an avid fisherman and boater. He was predeceased by his loving wife Betsy Mulder in 2016.

He will be laid to rest at 9 Partners Cemetary in Millbrook NY on July 29th in a private service along side his wife Betsy.
