We are sad to announce the passing of Joseph Velasco, who was born on February 17, 1993, and peacefully left this world on October 24, 2024. Joseph resided in Mangilao Village, Mangilao, Guam, where he lived a fulfilling life surrounded by his loving family.

Joseph was the beloved son of Bernice Velasco and the devoted partner of Joneen J. Pangelinan. Together, they were blessed with 10 beautiful children: Jayven, Jeriah, Judeah, Jovicka, Jaraya, Josiah, Jarene, Jermaine, Zoey, and Justine. Each child found an amazing spouse in Joneen.

Joseph attended GWHS high school and later continued his studies in None. He dedicated his time and skills to helping others at the None organization, leaving a positive impact on everyone he encountered.

When he wasn't busy with work or family, Joseph enjoyed indulging in his hobbies of fishing, fixing cars, and spending quality time with his loved ones. He had a contagious smile and a heart full of generosity that will be missed by all who knew him.

Joseph's spirit will live on through the memories shared with his family and friends. May he now rest in eternal peace, knowing he was loved deeply by those whose lives he touched.
