Joseph Howard Sr., beloved husband of Carol Moss, passed away on September 25, 2025, in Washington City at the age of 77. He was born on November 10, 1947.

Joseph, also known as Joe, was a dedicated welder who retired in 2007. He proudly served in the Army and was passionate about his work. In his free time, Joe enjoyed collecting records and CDs, cooking delicious meals, attending football games, and fixing things around the house.

He is survived by his seven children: Shawnte Howard, Keonte Moss, Larry Moss, Alexander Howard, Andre Howard, Tori Moss, and Derrick Howard. Joe also leaves behind four adoring grandchildren.

Joseph will be remembered for his sense of humor, his kind heart, and his unwavering love for his family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
