Peñitas - Jose D. Calderon, 83, entered in to eternal rest on Tuesday, October 25, 2016, at Mission Regional Medical Center in Mission, Texas. Mr. Calderon was born on March 19, 1993 to Pedro Calderon and Sofia De La Paz in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico. Mr. Calderon is preceded in death by his parents, Pedro and Sofia Calderon, and his daughter Sofia Guijon. Mr. Calderon is survived by his wife, Oralia G. Calderon; children, Josie Garcia, Eddie Calderon, Janie Sandroussi, Rachel Hinojosa, and Guadalupe Calderon; and 6 grandchildren. He will be also greatly missed by his siblings, Pedro Calderon, Rodolfo Calderon, Amparo Alvarado and Guadalupe Munoz. Family will be receiving friends from 1:00 pm to 9:00 pm with a rosary recited at 7:00 pm today Thursday, October 27, 2016 at the Lord and I Funeral Home in Peñitas, Texas. Funeral procession will be at 10:00 am on Friday, October 28, 2016 to Garden of Angels Cemetery in Mission, Texas.
