Jonny Prall, 66, man of strength, firmness, love, kindness, and astounding heart, passed away on August 29, 2023. Born on February 22, 1957, Jonny left a trail of cherished memories and profound influences on those fortunate to have known him.
A hardworking man, Jonny started a job at Tanco Engineering in 1982, where he had a rewarding career. After moving to his final residence in Florida in 2020, he cultivated his passion for landscaping, always having the most impressive yard in the neighborhood. He was a master of his craft, always using his creativity to create his dreamscapes over the years. His love for competitions was evident in the many water ski, darts, and pool tournaments he'd won. He strived to master all that he did.
Jonny was a man whose lessons were rooted in reality and kindness. He encouraged everyone to be the best version of themselves, emphasizing that “Life isn’t a free ride, you need to work hard to earn the life you want”. His legacy lies in his passion for everything he undertook, and his ability to rebound from life's challenges. His phrase, “Don’t forget, I said that” will remain in the hearts of his loved ones, reminding them of his wisdom and foresight. His love for sports cars was an added glance into his fun-loving personality.
A Celebration of Life for Jonny will be held on September 30, 2023, at 2:30PM at 2310 Oglethorpe Lane, Cantonment, FL 32533. In honor of Jonny, we will reminisce and celebrate a man who gave so much of himself to everyone, instilling in his children the values of hard work, passion, and perseverance.
